Please check before booking
During your first visit, we will allow approximately 60 to 90 minutes for your examination.
Please arrive about 15 minutes before your appointment, as you will need to fill out a medical questionnaire before the test. If you have an insurance card or medical certificate, please bring it with you.
Cancellation Policy
We would appreciate it if you could avoid canceling if possible, but if you need to cancel due to illness or other unexpected circumstances, please contact us at least one day before your appointment. We may also consult with you at the reception desk about future reservations.
In principle, if you wish to cancel, please call us during business hours.
(If multiple patients call at the same time, it may be difficult for us to answer the call. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but in that case, we ask that you please call us again at a different time.)
If you are unable to call due to illness or other reasons, please send us an email using the "Contact Us" form on our website.
However, for new reservations, please contact us by phone.
In addition, we may refuse to accept advance reservations from patients who make consecutive changes or cancellations to their appointments, or cancel on the day of appointments multiple times.
